HP ST1
1. GENERAL
The HP ST1 is a basic tube filler, for liquid and semi-viscous products that
fills and seals tubes. The machine can be customized for tubes from 50ml to
1000ml.

50ml - 500ml - up to 1200 per hour
1000ml - 600 per hour
3. DESCRIPTION
The machine is constructed mainly in stainless steel. It has a 4 station
carousel that rotates 90 deg. per cycle. At station number one a tube is
inserted into a customized pocket, it then rotates to the filling station where
it is volumetrically filled and then moves on to the first seal station where by
impulse sealing the end is fused and air cooled. It then moves to the final
setting station where the seal is finally cooled and finished off with a cooling
clamp.
One operator is required.
