1. FUNCTION

Designed to fill and seal round or square cups with semi-viscous substances such as yoghurt, fruit yoghurt and cream. Free flowing liquids could also be filled and sealed. Examples are coffee, cream and orange juice.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE STANDARD MACHINE

2.1. This is a highly developed machine with computer control for accurate repetition of the various functions and with built in overriding features such as no cup no fill no cap etc.

2.2 Dispenses, seals and fills round cups with 70 mm diameter tops. Adaptors can be supplied for different size tops.

2.3 Standard machine is supplied for diameter top size nominated by customer. Change parts for different diameter cups can be supplied for the cup sizes given below.

2.4 Speed

2.5. Capping System

The round cap system. The diaphragm capping system uses pre-cut diaphragm caps that are loaded into a magazine and automatically placed on the cups prior to heat sealing.

2.6 Sealing

A temperature controlled universal sealer seals all cups from 250 ml to 1 litre. The sealer is self aligning.

2.7 Cup Ejection

A cup ejector raises the cup at the ejection station and it is then transferred onto the accumulator table.

2.8 Cleaning

The machine is designed for easy quick access to all parts to be cleaned.

3.3 Fill Volume Changing

This is achieved by adjusting the filling stroke of the fill piston.

Change of cup dispenser, cup holder and 6 (six) table inserts.

3.5 Maintenance

A minimum of daily lubrication is the main requirement. The MASTER CUP FILLER is robust and when adjusted, will run in a trouble-free manner for long periods. The electrical system is simple and can be maintained by a qualified electrician.

The machine can be supplied with a feed tank that holds 70 litres of product. This tank can be supplied with a constant level float and then fed from a bulk tank.

Pneumatic lifter with swing arm transfer to accumulator table.

Change parts can be supplied for any size up to 1 (one) litre.
