John Middleton, the founder, is active and involved as Managing Director. For 25 years he had a full dairy operation under his control. Active in the organized dairy industry and in organized business he has held office respectively as the Chairman of South African Milk Association and the President of the Cape Chamber of Industries.

JonPaul Middleton son of John Middleton is the CEO of Handi-Pak and has 24 years experience in the packaging industry. He has been involved with running a  blow moulding and injection moulding operation for 12 years and has extensive knowledge in mechanical design as well as a vast knowledge in pneumatic application. With all the years of experience in the above areas it allowshim to  assist customers, where possible, with their needs in the packaging industry.
